You will receive full training and ongoing support, learning how a successful business operates and develop key administrative and organisational skills. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn - no previous office experience is required.
Key Responsibilities- Provide general administrative support to the team
- Answer incoming calls and respond to emails professionally
- Organise and maintain digital and paper filing systems
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage diaries
- Prepare and process documents including reports, invoices, and quotations
- Liaise with internal departments and external customers
- Support daily office operations to ensure smooth workflow
- Assist with data entry and updating internal systems
- Positive, reliable, and willing to learn
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
