Duties

• Responsible for providing technical support and maintenance activities, ensuring service levels are effectively maintained
• Resolve queries immediately where possible, or manage them through to resolution
• Produce required internal and customer-facing reports and documentation
• Prioritise, monitor progress, and escal support issues with customers and suppliers as required
• Assist the Operations Manager with special projects
• Develop strong relationships with key personnel in customer organisations
• Undertake training to ensure a high level of knowledge is maintained
• Communicate effectively with customers via telephone and email
• Ensure ongoing communication and information is maintained with the customer
• Build and maintain strong client relationships

Qualifications

• Educated to Degree level or equivalent
• Customer service experience.
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach to work
• Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
