£45,000 basic salary

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and compliance. The Finance Manager will play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making, ensuring financial health, and improving operational efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
- Analyze financial performance and provide insights to senior management
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and cost control initiatives
- Supervise accounting staff and coordinate with external auditors
- Develop and improve financial systems, processes, and controls
- Support business strategy through financial modeling and risk analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent) preferred
- 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting, including managerial experience
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
