Graduate Trading Support ** circa £25,000 ** Leatherhead ** Shift rotation ** Leading company ** Office based Purpose of the Role: Reports directly to the Head of Trading and will work as an integral part of the Trading team in all aspects to deliver to our clients and provide a superior user experience of the platform You will gain insights from market and industry analyses, customer behavioural research and consider the rapidly changing technological landscape You will be required at times to work collaboratively on sales trading, customer implantation, legal and development and will be comfortable engaging with customers in order to understand requirements and to provide customer support You will cover the Trading desk as part of your daily duties Job Description: Develop relationships with customers and internal teams to effectively support day-to-day support queries Participate in technical pre-sales meetings with potential customers to sell products and services Produce content including documentation and presentations, both at a non-technical and technical level Engage with customers, sometimes face-to-face, to gather requirements, to identify product improvement opportunities Monitor the competitive landscape to understand market opportuniti...
