Inside Sales Executive - GREAT ROLE

Overview
Join a fast-paced, global aviation business as an Inside Sales Executive. Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers, support commercial growth, and help drive successful sales outcomes. Role details:
- Gather quotes on parts and services based on customer requirements
- Fulfill quotes by quoting from stock and/or brokering materials
- Negotiate terms and conditions with customers
- Maintain customer opportunities within Salesforce
- Follow parts traceability requirements set forth
- Track shipments from freight forwarders and suppliers to ensure prompt delivery
- Resolve Non-Conforming Materials (NCO Cage) discrepancies
- Forecast, track, and achieve sales revenue with gross margin projections
- Travel may be required (Less than 10%)
Person specification:
- Ability to communicate effectively and self-motivated
- Pro-active approach
- Confident on the phone
- Ability to maintain professional relationships with vendors and customers
- Effective negotiation skills
- Proficient with Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
- Advanced organizational and time management skills, the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Quantum CRM and Salesforce Experience working with ILS, Aeroxchange
Additional information:
- £35,000 - £45,000 Basic Salary (Depending upon experience)
- Monday – Friday, 8:30pm – 5:30pm
- Free parking
- 20 days holidays + bank holidays
- Pension
