Our client is a well-established specialist distributor and installation business seeking an Installation Technician to join their growing team.
This is a varied, hands-on role involving the delivery, assembly and installation of large equipment at customer sites across the UK.
The position would suit someone who enjoys practical work, travelling and providing excellent customer service.
- Based in Epsom
- Monday – Friday, 9am – 5:30pm + overtime
- 20 days holiday + bank holidays

Job Description
- Carry out quality checks on products prior to dispatch.
- Load company vehicles ready for deliveries.
- Deliver equipment safely to customer locations throughout the UK.
- Assemble and install products on-site to a high standard.
- Ensure customers receive an excellent installation experience.
- Work closely with a colleague on most installations.
- Resolve customer queries professionally.
- Support the warehouse team with product preparation and pre-delivery assembly.
Person Specification
- Previous experience in a delivery, installation or field-based role.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Must be eligible to drive a company vehicle.
- Good practical/DIY skills with the ability to use hand tools confidently.
- Physically fit and comfortable handling large, heavy items.
- Friendly, professional manner with excellent customer service skills.
- Reliable, organised and able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Additional information
- Basic salary: £28,000 plus paid overtime (OTE circa £33,000).
- Overtime available, typically adding £400–£500 per month depending on workload.
- Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, plus overtime.
- Based in the Epsom area.
- On-site parking.
- Company pension.
- Occasional UK travel, including approximately two overnight stays per month.
