We are working with an established and market-leading, independent supply and distribution company who work with Nationwide clients. Due to business demands they are seeking an additional member of staff to work in their busy customer service team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Liaising with customers via telephone, email or face to face
- Taking details of orders and inputting information accurately onto the inhouse database
- Advising on availability of stock and delivery dates
- Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with customers and colleagues
- Provide and demonstrate high levels of customer service at all times
Person Specification:
- Previous Administration and customer service skills
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Be numerate and literate
- Have excellent PC skills
- Be able to work either on your own or as part of a team
- Ability to act in a calm and professional manner at all times
- Proactive, and positive, with a ‘can-do’ attitude
- Have a flexible approach to work and changing circumstances
- Ability to multitask
