Optima Plus Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of a valued client for a Waste and Recycling Level 1 Driver to join their dedicated team. Key Responsibilities
- Drive and load various waste and recycling collection vehicles, taking full responsibility for the vehicle during shifts.
- Ensure residents are recycling correctly and provide information where necessary.
- Unload vehicles safely at transfer stations in compliance with site rules.
- Report any issues promptly to supervisors to maintain service quality.
- Support other activities such as bulky waste collections, deliveries, and transfer station duties.
Candidate Requirements
- Eligible to work in the UK.
- Valid HGV Class 2 Driving Licence.
- CPC Driving Qualification.
- Willing to complete confidentiality and criminal conviction declarations upon offer acceptance.
Please note, this role does not require a DBS check.
