As we scale from 80 to 200 people, we’re growing our Customer Strategy & Engagement consulting team. We're looking for a Senior Consultant with strong consulting or industry experience in customer engagement, marketing or transformation who can think strategically while delivering practical outcomes. You’ll bring expertise in operating model design, stakeholder engagement, and driving change along with the ability to translate complex challenges into clear actionable solutions. A confident communicator with a commercial mindset, you’re comfortable working with senior stakeholders, leading workshops and operating in fast‑paced environments where collaboration, adaptability and a focus on measurable impact are key.
