Optima Partners is a fast‑growing professional services firm helping leading organisations transform customer engagement at the intersection of marketing, technology, and data. As we scale from 80 to 200 people, we’re growing our Customer Strategy & Engagement consulting team. We work with major brands including Lloyds Banking Group, NatWest, Nationwide, Aviva, Virgin Media O2, BT, Centrica, and GSK.

We're looking for a Senior Consultant with strong consulting or industry experience in customer engagement, marketing or transformation who can think strategically while delivering practical outcomes. You’ll bring expertise in operating model design, stakeholder engagement, and driving change along with the ability to translate complex challenges into clear actionable solutions. A confident communicator with a commercial mindset, you’re comfortable working with senior stakeholders, leading workshops and operating in fast‑paced environments where collaboration, adaptability and a focus on measurable impact are key.

What you will be doing

You will lead and support client transformation programmes by designing customer‑centric operating models, shaping strategy, and embedding sustainable change across people, process, and technology.

  • Strong understanding of operating model design and organisational change.
