As we scale from 80 to 200 employees over the next two years, we are strengthening our team and are now looking for Content Strategy, Ops and Supply Chain Consultants. The opportunity: In this role, you will play a pivotal part in helping companies revolutionise their content supply chain. You will be at the forefront of guiding organisations through the intricacies of content lifecycle management, focusing on critical areas such as workflow optimisation, DAM (Digital Asset Management), content operations, and content engineering.

The Team: As a member of the Design & Transformation team, you will work in a multidisciplinary environment to build, embed, and grow our design capability, methodologies, propositions, and IP. This includes supporting business growth and ensuring we are equipped to address both current and future client needs. You will collaborate across our consulting, technology, and data science teams, advocating for design‐led methodologies and helping identify opportunities where design can drive transformation and improve business outcomes.

What You Will Be Doing: In addition to optimising existing workflows and processes, you will spearhead the implementation of cutting‐edge technologies like GenAI. Whether it’s architecting a scalable DAM system, designing efficient content workflows, or integrating AI‐driven content generation tools, you will be the driving force behind transformative change. By aligning technology investments with business objectives, you will help clients achieve greater agility, competitiveness, and customer engagement in today’s fast‐paced digital landscape.

  • Lead/support design, strategy, and transformation projects within multi‐disciplinary consulting engagements.
  • Provide project leadership to team members and client stakeholders.
  • Develop, test, and evolve new design methodologies to differentiate us in the market.
  • Actively manage client relationships, ensuring promises are met and building sustainable partnerships.
  • Identify and realise opportunities to deepen engagement with existing clients and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Support Optima in establishing and scaling the business through thought leadership.
  • Craft compelling deliverables that produce tangible outcomes and benefits.
  • Master the art of storytelling to resonate with clients and prospects.
  • Constantly challenge conventional thinking to explore problems in new ways.

What Skills We Would Like You To Have: An understanding of the future of content, including strategy, operations and engineering. An ability to help challenge the 'content' mindset of complex organisations and support their content transformations. The ability to translate business challenges into solution design options for tools like Workfront. An analytically sharp eye and appreciation of when details matter. Excellent analytical and problem‐solving skills. A drive to support business teams untangle complex challenges. Experience with Content and Digital Asset Management platforms such as Workfront, Monday.com, Adobe Assets, Bynder, etc. required. Experience working on high‐pressure challenges within a high‐performing team.

What We Offer: Inclusion in our annual discretionary bonus plan with an on‐target performance bonus of up to 15%. Up to 37 days holiday, inclusive of personal and public allocations, of which 7 are fixed days (Christmas & New Year) and 30 are floating, taken at your discretion subject to client scheduling and line manager approval.
