Optima Partners is a forward-thinking professional services firm on an exciting growth trajectory. As we scale from 80 to 200 employees over the next two years, we are strengthening our team and are now looking for Adobe Content Strategy, Operations & Supply Chain Consultants.
We work with leading consumer brands to tackle complex business and customer challenges, driving transformation and championing customer-centric agendas. We are proud to work with some of the UK’s leading and global organisations, including Lloyds Banking Group, NatWest Group, Bank of Ireland, Nationwide, Aviva, Biogen, E.ON Next, OVO, Virgin Media O2, BT, HMD Global, Centrica, and GSK.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in helping organisations revolutionise their content supply chains using Adobe technologies. You’ll be at the forefront of guiding clients through the complexities of content lifecycle management, with a strong focus on:
- Adobe Work Management (Workfront)
- Digital Asset Management (Adobe Experience Manager Assets)
- Content operations, workflow optimisation, and governance
- Content engineering and integration across the Adobe ecosystem
You’ll help clients design scalable, future-ready operating models that connect strategy, people, process, and technology, enabling faster content delivery, improved governance, and better customer experiences.
As part of our Design & Transformation team, you’ll work in a highly collaborative, multidisciplinary environment to build, embed, and grow Optima’s design and transformation capabilities, methodologies, propositions, and intellectual property. Working across consulting, technology, and data science teams, you’ll advocate for design-led and Adobe-enabled transformation, helping identify opportunities where platforms like Workfront, Fusion, and DAM can unlock meaningful business outcomes.
In addition to optimising existing workflows and operating models, you will lead and support the implementation of Adobe-powered solutions that transform how organisations plan, create, manage, and activate content. This will include:
- Designing and delivering Adobe Workfront solutions to improve planning, prioritisation, and execution
- Architecting and scaling Digital Asset Management (AEM Assets) solutions to support enterprise content needs
- Designing end-to-end content workflows across Workfront, DAM, and downstream channels
- Leveraging Workfront Fusion and integrations to connect Adobe tools with wider MarTech, CRM, and enterprise platforms
- Supporting the adoption of GenAI and automation to enhance content creation, management, and reuse
- Aligning technology investments with business strategy to improve agility, efficiency, and customer engagement
A strong understanding of the future of content, spanning strategy, operations, and engineering is essential. Experience helping complex organisations shift their content mindset and deliver meaningful content transformation is also required. The ability to translate business challenges into solution design options using Adobe tools, particularly Workfront, is important.
Experience with Adobe Workfront, Adobe Experience Manager Assets (DAM), and related content platforms is necessary, along with exposure to Workfront Fusion, workflow automation, or platform integration (desirable). An analytically sharp mindset with a strong appreciation of when detail matters, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and a genuine drive to help teams untangle complex operational challenges are key attributes.
We offer a competitive base salary, inclusion in our annual discretionary bonus plan, with an on-target performance bonus of up to 15%, up to 37 days holiday, private medical insurance (single cover), group life and income protection insurance, a salary sacrifice pension scheme after 3 months’ employment, and access to over 1,000 perks and discounts via our employee benefits portal. Dedicated development time, tools, and funding to support your personal and professional growth are also provided.
