Hours: Part Time, 4 days - 30 hours per week between Monday - Friday

Role Summary
You will be required to work two days onsite (1pm–9pm) supporting an e-commerce client, with one day based in Daventry and one day in Coventry. You will be the sole physiotherapist on site, working within your own dedicated clinical space to carry out assessments and deliver appropriate treatment. On all other working days, you will work remotely (08:30–16:30), undertaking case management for the same client. This will include telephone assessments, reviewing and progressing exercise plans, completing follow-up reviews, and producing clinical reports.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, detailed, and appropriate assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to employees on a remote or face-to-face basis.
- Identify, assess, and advise on any workplace hazards or contributing factors to Musculoskeletal disorders.
- Conduct workplace assessments such as DSE or work-based tasks as and when required and provide advice and recommendations as appropriate.
- Always maintain clinical objectivity and impartiality in line with occupational health guidance.
- Deliver effective evidence-based rehabilitation that adheres to national clinical standards.
- Utilise a bio-psychosocial approach combined with functional assessment to address barriers to work and inform robust work recommendations.
Experience, Skills, and Knowledge Required for the Role
- Clinical Physiotherapy Qualification.
- Full Member of the CSP & Registered member of HCPC is essential.
- Minimum of 18 months experience post registration (MSK).
- Previous experience or an interest in Occupational Health Physiotherapy.
- Experience of providing functional assessments.
- Driver license & access to a vehicle.
