Role Summary
We are looking for an Consultant OHP to work on a part time or full time basis to carry out telephone and video consultations on a variety of contracts. There will also be the requirement to carry out site work in your local area when necessary.
You will be required to carry out:
- Telephone / Video consultations
- Sickness Absence Management
- Attendances and Performance Case Management
- Ill health retirement advice
- Complex Pension cases
- Health Surveillance escalations
Who are we looking for?
- Diploma in Occupational Medicine (Dip Occ Med) and MFOM as a minimum
- Previous experience as an Occupational Health Physician (OHP)
- A Medical Practitioner who has, since full registration, consolidated their skills and continued their medical education in line with the requirements of continuing medical education/continuing professional development
- Full registration with the General Medical Council (GMC)
- Good understanding of the role and implications of clinical governance
