Role Summary
Are you an experienced Occupational Health Advisor looking for a role where you can make a real impact on employee wellbeing? We’re looking for a proactive and passionate OHA to join our team onsite in Swindon to deliver a full OH remit to a prestige automotive client. This is a varied and rewarding position, where no two days are the same. You’ll carry out workplace assessments, identify potential health risks, and provide expert advice to support employees' physical and mental wellbeing.
Your Day-to-day Work Will Include:
- Conducting health surveillance, pre-employment, and fitness-for-work screenings
- Delivering evidence-based advice and case management for health concerns
- Promoting a positive, proactive approach to workplace health and wellbeing
- Managing case referrals ensuring quality, care, and attention to detail

Who Are We Looking For?
