Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced operations leader with a strong background in managing customer service, administration, and scheduling teams.

Skilled in driving team performance, improving operational efficiency, and delivering high-quality service while fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing operations team.
  • Manage performance through coaching, feedback, and regular one-to-one meetings.
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure service, quality, and productivity targets are achieved.
  • Monitor KPIs and implement improvements to drive team performance.
  • Resolve escalated operational, customer, and people-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Build strong relationships across teams and communicate business objectives effectively.

Experience, skills and knowledge required for the role

  • Proven experience leading and developing teams in an operations or customer service environment.
  • Strong people management, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyse problems, make sound decisions, and resolve issues effectively.
  • Experience monitoring KPIs and driving team performance.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards.
