Role Summary
The role of Administrator will provide a high standard of administrative support to the occupational health service. This is a varied role, carrying out administration and receptionist duties, full time on our client site in Oxford.
Main Duties And Responsibilities
- Administration including photocopying, scanning and filing of confidential documents, maintaining company database, and dealing with customer/client queries via telephone and email
- Reception duties
- Managing referrals and booking appointments
- Maintain confidential health records using the Occupational Health database
- Exercise initiative and prioritise all aspects of own work
- Consult and co-operate with other employees in sharing administrative duties where necessary
- Receive all incoming mail, execute own areas of responsibility, sort and distribute the remainder as required
Experience, Skills, And Knowledge Required For The Role
- Must have recent Administrator or receptionist experience
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- Good IT / PC skills including Microsoft packages
