Job Title: Occupational Health Physician
Location: Colwyn Bay / Hybrid working
Salary: up to £135,000 per annum depending on experience
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: Full time or Part time – minimum 3 days per week

Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Occupational Health Physician to join our team. This role is a hybrid role and there is a requirement to support a client in the blue light sector in the Colwyn Bay region. There is a requirement for onsite delivery as well as home working.
You Will Be Required To Carry Out
- Conducting both telephone and face to face consultations
- Sickness absence management
- Attendance and performance case management
- Ill-health retirement advice
- Pre-Placement consultations
- Health survelliance
- HAVs Tier 4 assessments
Who Are We Looking For?
- Diploma in Occupational Medicine (Dip Occ Med) or AFOM/MFOM
- Previous experience as an Occupational Health Physician (OHP) with a minimum of 6 months experience
- A Medical Practitioner who has, since full registration, consolidated their skills and continued their medical education in line with the requirements of continuing medical education/continuing professional development
- Full registration with the General Medical Council (GMC)
- Good understanding of the role and implications of clinical governance
