Role Summary
We\’re seeking an Occupational Health Advisor to work with one dedicated client in the investment and banking sector. This opportunity is ideal for a newly experienced OHA looking to advance their career. The role involves a mix of simple case management, pre-placement assessments, maternity health risk assessments, and infection control assessments. Additionally, you will be responsible for triaging calls and signposting individuals on the client\’s Occupational Health helpline and information service. This is a hybrid position, with the expectation to attend the client\’s site in Farringdon, London, 2-3 times a week. The other days will be worked remotely.
Responsibilities
- Case management of health and wellbeing issues for client employees
- Pre-placement health risk assessments for new hires
- Maternity health risk assessments
- Infection control assessments and advice
- Triage calls and signpost individuals on the client’s Occupational Health helpline
- Maintain accurate records and reports
Qualifications
- Registered General Nurse, registered with the NMC
- Previous experience as an Occupational Health Advisor
- Good working knowledge of health and safety legislation
- Good oral, written and presentation skills
