Role Summary
The central services Administrator role encompasses a broad array of duties, including managing medical records, processing cases on the portal and managing financial processes such as purchase orders and invoicing, amongst others. This position requires versatility and a thorough understanding of the Data Protection Act, as well as a commitment to secure record handling and meeting task specific deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Accurately identifying individual records in compliance with GDPR guidelines.
- Uploading records to the Portal and maintaining thorough records management practices.
- Managing workstream inboxes efficiently.
- Ensuring timely record uploads within KPI requirements.
- Responding to calls on the Sales Line, providing necessary support and information.
- Overseeing general medical record management.
- Identifying and addressing any process or system-related risks.
- Recognizing and proactively managing potential "hot spots" to ensure KPIs are met.
- Communicating performance impacts and achievements clearly.
- Understanding and reporting on factors driving volume demand.
- Collaborating closely with key stakeholders to proactively identify "hot spots" and implementing actions to mitigate potential impacts.
- Keeping up to date with all relevant information and data related to the role.
