Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Physician to join our team in a home based role. There will be the requirement to carry out some on-site delivery local to your area when required. You will be required to carry out:

  • Conducting both telephone and face to face consultations
  • Sickness absence management
  • Attendance and performance case management
  • Ill-health retirement advice
  • Pre-Placement consultations
  • Health surveillance
  • HAVs Tier 4 assessments

This position is also ideal for an experienced Doctor who has completed their Diploma in Occupational Medicine and is seeking to transition into the Occupational Health sector as an OHP. Through our market-leading mentorship programme, you will receive full training and one-to-one support during your first year in the role. Therefore, even if you have not yet gained hands-on Occupational Health experience but hold the DipOccMed qualification, we warmly encourage you to apply.

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Diploma in Occupational Medicine (Dip Occ Med) or AFOM/MFOM
  • Full registration with the General Medical Council (GMC)
  • A Medical Practitioner who has, since full registration, consolidated their skills and continued their medical education in line with the requirements for Revalidation.
