Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Occupational Health Advisor to support our client, BMW, on a full-time basis. You will work closely with the Client Services Manager and Customer Operations Manager to deliver a high-quality occupational health service, ensuring client requirements are met effectively and compliantly. The role includes delivering health surveillance and travelling to client sites as required. In return, we offer a comprehensive training and development programme, supporting your progression within occupational health. Opportunities are available for further qualifications and leadership or management responsibilities, should you wish to develop your career in this direction.
Essential Requirements
- Registered Nurse (Adult) with current NMC registration
- Recognised Occupational Health qualification
- HAVS trained
- Proven experience delivering health surveillance and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Strong case management expertise
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence line managers, HR teams and employees
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage workload effectively
- Effective problem-solving skills to address occupational health issues
- IT literate
