We are seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Installation Engineer to join our growing team, covering the Midlands area. This is a mobile role focused primarily on air conditioning installation with some maintenance and fault finding required. You will be working mainly with Split systems and sometimes with VRF/VRV systems delivering high-quality installations across a variety of domestic and commercial sites throughout Midlands. This is a hands-on role combining technical expertise with planning, and customer-facing responsibilities.

Duties
  • Install air conditioning units in accordance with technical specifications and schematics
  • Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of existing systems to ensure optimal performance
  • Troubleshoot and repair faulty equipment, including replacing defective components
  • Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and industry standards
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and system configurations
Skills
  • Experience with installation of air conditioning systems
  • Must have a full and clean driving license
  • F/Gas Certification preferred
  • High attention to detail with a focus on quality and performance
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to safety standards and as part of a team
  • Strong customer service skills with a client-focused approach
  • Good communication skills for liaising with clients and team members
