Optify Search is currently partnered with an innovative and rapidly growing ingredients business seeking multiple Technical Sales Manager's to drive commercial growth across The UK, France and DACH markets.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially driven individual who enjoys building relationships, winning new business, and working closely with customers to bring innovative ingredient solutions to market.
The successful candidate will play a key role in developing strategic accounts, supporting customer projects, and driving market adoption across the Food Colours and Ingredients sector.

Responsibilities
- Drive new business development across the Food Ingredients and Food Colours market.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to commercial agreement.
- Build strong relationships with manufacturers, formulators, R&D teams, procurement professionals, and key decision-makers.
- Support customer development projects, product evaluations, and commercialisation activities.
- Work closely with technical and application teams to ensure customer success.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximise growth opportunities.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Represent the business at industry events, exhibitions, and customer meetings.
- Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to support business strategy.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or Commercial roles within Food Ingredients or Food Colours.
- Proven track record of winning new business and delivering sales growth.
- Experience working with food manufacturers, ingredient companies, or distributors.
- Ability to engage with technical and commercial stakeholders.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- A proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented approach.
- Comfortable working independently and managing a territory.
