Commission-Based Sales Rep | AI SaaS | Optical Care | UK / US / Germany
We're an early-stage AI startup solving a real operational problem in optical care practices. We're looking for someone with deep roots in the industry: opticians, optical practice managers, or optical care professionals with strong existing networks. To help us land our first paid pilots.
What you'd be doing: Reach out to independent and commercial optical practices, represent our product, and secure signed Letters of Intent (LOIs) from interested practices.
What you earn:
- $300 per independent practice successfully onboarded into a paid pilot
- $500 per commercial/chain practice successfully onboarded into a paid pilot
- Above 5 LOIs will trigger a bonus compensation structure
What's on the horizon: This is a commission-only engagement to start. But the right person will have a clear path to a full-time role at a funded startup.
You're a fit if: You're a practising or former optician, optical practice manager, or industry professional with a network you can activate. You understand the day-to-day of a busy practice and can open doors we can't.
