We are seeking an Optometrist with vision and purpose to join our expanding team at Specsavers in Colchester. This is an opportunity to become part of something brilliant. Our store in Colchester features 12 testing rooms, including 2 dedicated to hearcare. We provide EOS clinics daily and special kid’s days, ensuring a unique experience each day. Our strong connections with local hospitals enhance our service, and we take pride in our long-standing team and welcoming atmosphere. For those interested in career progression, we offer bespoke plans tailored to individual goals. We value your feedback and encourage discussions about your career path through monthly one-on-one meetings.
Our team includes 4 Optometry Directors with over 50 years of combined experience in optometry. We are particularly proud of our Pre-Reg programme, which has seen many successful candidates, supported by our Principal Optometrist with over 15 years of experience. Our store benefits from a robust base of dispensing opticians, ensuring smooth operations and a strong support structure from our resident optometrists. This collaboration enhances the overall experience for our customers and reinforces our commitment to quality eye care.
