The position detailed below relates to the support of all areas of our business.
SUMMARY OF ROLE
To undertake production of finished machined parts.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Program Set and Run CNC Lathes using Fanuc Controls or CAM
- Doosan Puma 2600SY Twin Spindle with Y and Rotary B and C Axis
- Doosan Puma 2600Y with Y and Rotary C Axis
- Doosan Lynx 220LM with rotary C Axis
- Use measuring equipment including running CMM programs to check components against drawing.
- Adjust cutter offsets to meet tolerances.
- Follow route card and make sure that quality standards are followed.
