- Strong background in CNC Milling (Setting and Programming).
- Proven experience using Haas or Fanuc controls.
- Ability to confidently read and interpret complex engineering drawings.
- Experience working on one-offs and short batch runs rather than high-volume repetition.
- A keen eye for detail and a quality-first mindset.
