A successful manufacturer of precision engineered components is looking for an experienced CNC Miller / Turner, Setter, Operator to join their team. The company produces batch work parts for the Aerospace and Automotive industries.
Role: The company is looking for an experienced CNC Miller / Turner, Setter, Operator to set their CNC mills / lathes via Fanuc.
Duties:
- To set and operate CNC Mills / Lathes via Fanuc controls.
- Machining to tight tolerances and ensuring quality.
- MUST have a minimum of 4 years experience with setting and operating CNC Mills / Lathes.
- CNC Mills / Lathes to produce high-quality precision parts according to specifications and engineering drawings, ensuring on-time delivery of products while maintaining high levels of efficiency and minimising downtime.
- Working with Fanuc controls.
- Stay updated on industry advancements, new technologies, and best practices, sharing knowledge with the team and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Experience:
- Experienced CNC Miller / Turner, Setter Operator.
- Experienced using Fanuc controls.
- Experienced on 2, 3, 4 Axis.
- Experience machining to tight tolerances - Small to Medium batchwork.
Hours: Day Shift Available - Monday - Thursday - 06.00am - 15.00pm or 07.00am - 16.00pm, Friday - 07.00am - 12.30pm.
