CNC Miller Operator Salary: £15.00 – £17.00 per hour (dependent on experience) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Hours: 40 hours per week

Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Miller Operator to join our growing production team.

In this role, you will load and operate CNC machinery to manufacture precision components, ensuring all outputs meet strict tolerance levels and high-quality standards.

  • CNC Miller Operator - Key Responsibilities
  • Production: Execute manufacturing tasks using cut sheets provided by programmers.
  • Drawings: Read, interpret, and work directly from technical engineering drawings.
  • Tool Management: Monitor, maintain, and replace cutting tools from stock to ensure optimal performance.
  • Efficiency: Manage daily workloads to meet strict production deadlines and customer delivery schedules.
  • Maintenance: Perform routine machine care, including cleaning filters, maintaining chillers, and lubrication.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate daily machining records of all work completed.
  • CNC Miller Operator - Requirements & Experience
  • Experience: Proven experience operating CNC milling machinery is essential.
  • Technical Skills: Strong ability to interpret engineering blueprints and technical data.
  • Equipment: Candidates must provide standard professional precision tools (e. g., Vernier calipers, tape measure).
