A successful manufacturer of precision engineered components is looking for an experienced CNC 5 Axis Miller / Offline Programmer to join their team. The company produces one-offs and small batch work parts for the Aerospace, F1, and Automotive Industries.
Role: The company is looking for an experienced CNC 5 Axis Miller / Offline Programmer to program and set their CNC 5 Axis mills.
Duties:
- To program, set, and operate CNC 5 Axis Mills via Heidenhain controls & Offline via EdgeCam (training given if worked via other software).
- Machining to tight tolerances and ensuring quality.
Requirements:
- Experienced CNC 5 Axis Miller, Programmer, Setter Operator.
- Experienced using Heidenhain controls.
- Offline via EdgeCam (training given for the right candidate).
- Experience machining to tight tolerances - One-offs, Small batch work.
Hours: Days Available - Monday to Thursday - 07:30am - 16:00pm, Friday - 07:30am - 12:00pm.
Salary and Benefits: £20.00 - £24.00 Per Hour, Overtime at time and a half, Benefits.
