Optical Express is seeking a Divisional Clinical Services Lead to provide clinical leadership, education, quality improvement and regulatory compliance across a group of south-east clinics. The role is mobile with significant travel to London, Chelmsford, Dartford and Cambridge, collaborating with cataract, refractive and aesthetic teams.
You will develop training, monitor outcomes, ensure standards with CQC, GOC and ISO, evaluate staff performance, optimise patient experience and allocate.
