Location - London, Chelmsford, Dartford and Cambridge

As a Divisional Clinical Services Lead, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership, education, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance for a group of clinics located in the South East of England. This is a mobile role that involves significant travel, working closely with clinical teams specialising in cataract and refractive surgery, Cosmetic Surgery and Aesthetics.

  • Clinical Leadership: Provide guidance and clinical leadership to clinic teams, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety. Develop and deliver training programs for clinical staff to ensure continuous professional development, in line with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Quality Improvement: Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives to enhance clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency within the clinics.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to all relevant regulatory standards and guidelines, such as CQC, GOC, and ISO requirements.
  • Performance Evaluation: Regularly assess and evaluate the performance of clinical staff, providing constructive feedback and driving continuous improvement.
  • Resource Allocation: Work closely with clinic managers and central services to allocate resources effectively, ensuring smooth clinic operations. Foster collaboration and communication with colleagues, internal departments, and external stakeholders to drive excellence in clinical services.

Registered Healthcare Professional with relevant clinical experience. Experience in leadership and management in a clinical setting. Knowledge of cataract and refractive surgery procedures and/or cosmetics and aesthetics. Understanding of regulatory requirements and quality standards in the healthcare industry. Ability to travel within the region as needed.
