The predicted salary is between 21400 - 29600 £ per year.

Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week (must be flexible to do Saturdays)

Location: Haywards Heath with travel to Brighton

Salary: from £26,500 plus bonus and benefits

It’s our Patient Advisor’s role to make our patients feel like a superstar from the moment they enter our clinics. Our Patient Advisors are often the first person our patient interacts with.

Responsibilities

  • Building relationships with patients and ensuring regular communication prior to and following their treatment
  • Assisting in patient consultations
  • Scanning patients\’ eyes using state of the art equipment as part of a full health check
  • Assisting patients to complete health questionnaires
  • Introducing patients to their optometrist
  • Scheduling treatment dates
  • Discussing finance options
  • Accurately maintaining patient records

Qualifications & Ideal Candidate

  • Passion for providing world-class customer service
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Clear and articulate communication with diverse range of people
  • Previous experience working towards sales targets and personal KPI\’s
  • Motivated and driven to succeed
