Job Details
Hours: Full Time – 40hrs per week (must be flexible to work Saturdays)
Salary: From £26,000 per annum + bonus, benefits

Responsibilities
- Building relationships with patients and ensuring regular communication prior to and following their treatment
- Assisting in patient consultations
- Scanning patients eyes using state of the art equipment as part of a full health check
- Assisting patients to complete health questionnaires
- Introducing patients to their optometrist
- Scheduling treatment dates
- Discussing finance options
- Accurately maintaining patient records
- Role involves occasional travel to Norwich Clinic (compensated by the business)
Qualifications
- Have a passion for providing world-class customer service
- Possess strong organisational skills
- Can communicate clearly and articulately with a diverse range of people
- Have previous experience working with sales targets and personal KPI’s
- Are motivated and driven to succeed
