An exciting opportunity has become available for a talented and dynamic Marketing Executive to join our team in Glasgow City Centre. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance visibility and drive growth for Optical Express. As a Marketing Executive your main duties will involve: Developing and implementing targeted social media strategies to engage, educate and support our patient community. Managing content planning and publishing across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn and TikTok. Planning, designing and executing segmented email campaigns tailored to patient needs. Delivering personalised, compliant messaging with a focus on engagement and performance. Producing clear, compelling written content suitable for both patient and healthcare professional audiences. Optimising website copy, including blog articles, landing pages and digital resources, applying SEO best practices and brand tone of voice. Providing logistical and marketing support in the planning and execution of trade shows, conferences, and exhibitions. Assisting in the development of recruitment marketing initiatives that attract top-tier talent and reflect our employer brand. Gathering and curating impactful patient testimonials that reflect the value and quality of our services. Collaborating with internal teams to develop and execute integrated marketing plans aligned with strategic business objectives. Qualifications: Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field would be preferred. Proven experience (2 years) in a marketing role. Strong understanding of marketing principles, brand management, and marketing communications. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
