Our ideal candidate will already be working in a senior management role with a healthcare or ophthalmic business and have the ability to lead and motivate their team to achieve outstanding results. Ensure our clinics, including treatment centres provide safe, effective, caring and responsive best-in-class patient care in a high quality clinical environment. Possess a strong commercial awareness and be able to demonstrate a track record of achieving targets. Meet and exceed all financial objectives, operational targets and KPIs for their division. Proven leader with exceptional strategic planning abilities.
