Salary: £27,040 - £28,080 plus bonus

Responsibilities include:

  • Contacting patients who have shown interest in refractive treatments—including laser eye surgery and lens replacement.
  • Building trust and rapport.
  • Guiding patients through the consultation booking journey.

Requirements:

  • Experience in outbound sales or a high-contact customer service role.
  • Willingness to push yourself to meet and exceed performance goals.
