Following recent acquisitions and business growth, we now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Property Asset Manager to join our group. We are seeking an experienced and proactive Property Asset Manager to lead the strategic management of our property portfolio. This role is central to ensuring our assets deliver maximum value—financially, operationally, and socially—while supporting the organisation’s long‑term objectives. You will be responsible for developing asset strategies, optimising performance, leading disposals and acquisitions, and ensuring compliance and sustainability across the estate. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who can bring innovation, commercial insight, and strong stakeholder engagement skills.
Duties
- Identify and review potential new properties/premises.
- Liaise with landlords to negotiate and agree favourable terms and lease agreements for the group.
- Develop and implement strategic asset management plans for the group portfolio.
- Lead on property acquisitions and disposal.
- Oversee property data, valuations and reporting to support decision making.
- Monitor market trends and provide professional advice on investment and development opportunities.
- Work closely with Group Property Manager.
- Other duties as required.
Experience Required
- RICS chartered member.
- Proven experience in property or asset management within commercial estates.
- Strong understanding of property legislation, valuations and leases.
- Excellent communicator with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
This role will require travel throughout the UK, and candidates will need to be flexible in their approach to working hours.
