A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Telemedicine Optometrist to provide care to patients from our flagship clinic in Glasgow City Centre.
As a telemedicine optometrist your primary duty will be to communicate with and treat patients via telemedicine. In the referral triage team, you will be responsible for reviewing incoming referrals from optometrists, GPs and other primary care routes, allocating them to the most appropriate ophthalmology clinic. As a qualified optometrist you will provide clinical support to the hub administrative team where required.

Full training will be provided and is delivered by experienced clinicians. To ensure you have maximum support day-to-day in the clinic, you will work alongside an exceptional professional team, as well as having access to invaluable guidance from the Clinical Services team, which includes some of the most experienced optometrists and ophthalmologists in the specialist areas of refractive surgery and cataract care.
