Job Title : Professional Services Coordinator

Location : Westfield, Cumbernauld

Hours of work : 9am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday plus Saturday (AM, every 3 weeks)

About the Role

Our Professional Services team provide a high class service to our Optometrists to ensure their work schedules meet their requirements, and also those of the business and our patients. We are seeking a highly organised and proactive candidate to join our team as a Professional Services Coordinator. In this role you will be the central point for Optometrists in your division, ensuring they are kept fully informed of work schedules and for managing these schedules to maintain our clinic performance.

The main aspects of the role –

• Maintaining the Optometrist database
• Serve as the liaison between optometrists and divisional teams as required.
• Ensuring full optimisation of the Optometrists within the region
• Ensure holidays are approved in a timely manner
• Assisting client relationship management with the Self Employed Optometrist network to ensure ability to fill gaps at short notice
• General administration

• Saturday morning cover every 3 weeks is essential to the role.
