Location: Glasgow City Centre – Office based

Salary: £25,396 plus bonus

Each day will vary however the core components of your role will include:

  • Help our patients calling in with a wide range of enquiries from arranging sight tests to arranging refractive treatments.
  • Deliver an outstanding patient experience always putting the patient first.
  • Display strong communication and problem solving skills.
  • Build trust and rapport with our patients ensuring the best possible outcome to their enquiry.
  • Display strong administration skills.
  • Always look for opportunities to improve the patient journey.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to deal with customers over the telephone in a confident and professional manner.
  • A willingness to learn.
  • Excellent rapport building and communication skills with the ability to overcome objections.
