200 Conference & Events is a five-star events venue in the heart of Glasgow. We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Conference & Events Supervisor to help lead our busy team and deliver outstanding service across conferences, corporate events, private functions and charity events.

- Assist the Conference & Events Manager in supervising our conference & event teams, and ensure events run smoothly
- Work closely with the Events team, coordinate with colleagues, support event setup and service, resolve issues as they arise, and help maintain excellent standards throughout each event
- Run smaller conferences independently
- Motivate and support the team
- Monitor equipment and stock
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue
- Ensure all health and safety, food hygiene and licensing requirements are met
- Duties may also include bar service, canapé receptions, supporting the staff restaurant, and assisting in our other world-class venue
- At least one year's supervisory experience in a similar hospitality role
- Experience coordinating events of different sizes
- Excellent customer service and attention to detail
- A proactive, supportive and hands-on leadership style
- Strong communication, organisation and time-management skills
- Commercial awareness and the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Flexibility to work varied hours
