Building relationships with patients and ensuring regular communication prior to and following their treatment Assisting in patient consultations Scanning patients eyes using state of the art equipment as part of a full health check Assisting patients to complete health questionnaires Introducing patients to their optometrist Scheduling treatment dates Discussing finance options Accurately maintaining patient records Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week (Must be available Saturdays)
Have a passion for providing world-class customer service Possess strong organisational skills Can communicate clearly and articulately with a diverse range of people Have previous experience working with sales targets and personal KPI's Are motivated and driven to succeed
