Building relationships with patients and ensuring regular communication prior to and following their treatment Assisting in patient consultations Scanning patients eyes using state of the art equipment as part of a full health check Assisting patients to complete health questionnaires Introducing patients to their optometrist Scheduling treatment date Discussing finance options Accurately maintaining patient records Role involves occasional cover at Coventry Clinic ( travel covered by the business) Have a passion for providing world-class customer service Possess strong organisational skills Can communicate clearly and articulately with a diverse range of people Have previous experience working towards sales targets and personal KPI's Are motivated and driven to succeed Hours: Full Time – 40 hours Salary: From £26,500 per annum Bonus Location: Leamington Spa with occasional cover at Coventry Clinic A career at Optical Express is fulfilling, fun and rewarding.
