Role Overview

As a Travel Co‑ordinator you will manage the end‑to‑end process of employee travel and accommodation bookings, maintain financial control, and support the team with exceptional administrative skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and book travel and accommodation bookings quickly while obtaining best value for the business.
  • Assist with processing travel expense claims.
  • Liaise with employees and management regarding expense queries.
  • Maintain detailed and organised expense records and reports.
  • Support month‑end financial reconciliation related to expenses.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies or errors in expense submissions.
  • Continuously improve processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
