We are seeking an experienced and motivated Clinic Manager to manage our Aberdeen & Dundee clinics. The successful candidate will have responsibility for the commercial and operational performance of the clinic and the team, implementing best practice across all activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer‐facing role, driving performance for the clinic.
- Responsible for the daily operational efficiency of the clinic.
- Develop and promote the benefits of laser eye and lens replacement surgery to patients.
- Deliver results through passion for people and performance management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, articulate, motivated to achieve, and willing to learn and progress.
- Drive the commercial performance of a high performing team and clinic overall.
- Display an exceptional level of professional standards.
- Manage clinic diary.
- Provide clear and concise communication to team on daily expectations.
- Ensure the practice is presentable and maintained to the highest standards of tidiness and cleanliness, showcasing the professional image of Optical Express.
- Help recruit, induct, coach and support your team to ensure all members meet acceptable levels of knowledge and competence.
- Ensure the team influences and advises potential patients on the most suitable and appropriate solution for their needs.
