You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to engage with prospective customers and help them navigate the challenges they face in optimizing public transportation. This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 2 days per week in the London office and will involve occasional travel (approximately 20%) within the UK. Serve as a trusted advisor to potential clients, building strong relationships with stakeholders and delivering tailored solutions to meet their transportation needs. Help clients understand the full value of the platform, addressing technical queries and providing guidance throughout the evaluation process. Work closely with Sales Executives to strategize and execute deals in rapid sales cycles, contributing to RFIs/RFPs and account strategy discussions. Collaborate with internal teams, including Product and Customer Success, to ensure smooth transition of client insights, facilitating successful implementation and customer satisfaction. Represent Optibus at industry events, webinars, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and demonstrate thought leadership in the public transport space. Collect client feedback to inform Product Management and Engineering teams, helping to shape product offerings and improve customer experience. Support integration discussions and API implementations, ensuring smooth handovers to the Customer Success team for post-sale support. Minimum of 3 years in a presales, solution engineering, or consulting role, ideally within SaaS, public transport, or related industries. Project management skills : Experience managing multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, start-up or scale-up environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
