TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage all designated retailer stockists on territory with an effective journey plan to ensure territory coverage is maximised.
- Visit existing and potential new retail stockists.
- Support staff training instore and remotely, using marketing assets where appropriate, in order to secure confident recommendation of Optibac.
- Support accounts by visiting to ensure our stockists have the correct distribution, shelves are representing our brand image well, to offer promotions and to oversee merchandising in order to maximise sales.
- Create new opportunities via strong analysis of territory with our stockists to ensure we achieve secondary siting and new listings.
- Open new accounts, build key relationships across various levels and generate sales in both independent and regional accounts.
- Visit HCPs either in person or online, provide training to ensure recommendation.
- Work closely & collaboratively with our major distributors, partners, and their sales team.
- Efficiently manage own administration, a CRM system, and notes.
- Participate in trade and consumer shows.
- Regularly liaise with the UK Regional Sales Manager and other internal stakeholders.
- Attend consumer and trade shows when necessary.
- Participate, contribute, and share best practice within team meetings.
- Manage free stock, marketing assets and any trade spend appropriately to drive the strongest commercial outcomes.
- Travel occasionally to the head office in Hampshire.

KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Diploma, Advanced Diploma or relevant Degree in nutrition / nutritional therapy / naturopathy / complementary health / good knowledge in health and nutrition advantageous.
- Applicants must live within the London Area.
- A full UK driving license and access to a reliable car for permitted business / employment use desirable.
- Track record of sales success is essential (territory management preferred).
- Experience of working in the natural products or Healthcare industry advantageous.
- Experience of detailing to and training HCP’s is also advantageous.
