Optegra Eye Healthcare in Birmingham is seeking an experienced Healthcare Technician or HCA (Band 3) to join its private Eye clinic. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient care across clinical and administrative areas.
Responsibilities include coordinating outpatient lists, performing diagnostic tests (Biometry, OCT, A-Scan, Visual fields, IOP, Topography) and providing pre/postoperative care while ensuring excellent patient communication and service.
