Optegra is seeking a Clinical Operations Lead to join our team in Manchester. This role is hybrid: 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home; 4 weeks of induction/training will be conducted at the office.
Main duties of the job:
- Lead and be responsible for the delivery of our clinical NHS patient services team, ensuring effective delivery of virtual pre‑operative consultations to assess the suitability of prospective patients for treatment.
- Lead and be responsible for the provision of excellent customer service to patients, providing clinical advice and guidance at all stages of the patient journey.

Person Specification:
Qualifications:- Nursing degree and registration with the NMC
- Minimum three years post qualification nursing experience
- Experience of leading and managing a team
- Commercial awareness with passion for delivering high standards of customer service and clinical care
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for Vision Correction
- Ability to lead and motivate a remote team to deliver great results
- Experience of using patient administration systems and electronic medical record systems
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong IT skills, able to use all Microsoft Office applications and other
- Previous experience in Ophthalmology, Theatre, General Surgery or Outpatients
